Amanda was born and raised in the suburbs of Northern Virginia. She attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and minored in Human Resource Development. During the time at the university, she became the Founding President of the Phi Mu Fraternity where her love and interest for growing an organization from the roots truly came into fruition.
In June 2012, she began her journey in the face-to-face marketing industry and quickly excelled through her position. She was nationally recognized by a number of Zerin's large Fortune 500 clients on a consistent basis as a top-performing representative and was promoted into a Management position in April 2014. Her passions and strengths in the workplace include creating a driven, family-like atmosphere designed to inspire people to grow personally and professionally.
In her free time, Amanda loves to spend time with her family and friends. She actively watches and plays sports, as she is an avid Washington sports fan.

Mark began his experience in the business field at a very young age, he was always fascinated in the way business impacts society. Mark started his first company at the ripe age of 21 while attending the University of Idaho, and also was an active member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. During his time in the organization, he was appointed to the Executive Board Recruitment Chair where he initially found his passion for recruiting like-minded and success-driven individuals, so much so that he leads his chapter to win the prestigious Peterson Significant Chapter Award, which is the highest honor that the Fraternity bestows upon an undergraduate chapter. The award recognizes excellent performance by chapters in all major areas of operation and programming.
Mark also later became more involved with entrepreneurship and decided to join the University’s business start-up competition. After winning first place, Mark went on to participate in more competitions before he was introduced to the world of marketing.
Today, Mark is the head of one of the fastest-growing marketing companies in the DC Metropolitan area. His leadership has aided the growth of the company's expansion to 10 locations, partnering with five different Fortune 500 clients since the incorporation of Zerin Business Consulting, Inc. in 2010. Zerin is projected to add ten more locations by the end of this year. Mark is fully invested in Zerin’s next goal to become the fastest growing organization in the industry by creating more value for its clients than has been done before.
Organizational Administrative Consultant
Adrienne is originally from Star Valley, Wyoming. She continued her education at The Paul Mitchell Academy where she was the first Design Team leader, a program that focuses upon future student recruitment. She was also a Phase II and student council member.
Upon graduating Adrienne spent the next few years traveling the country. Joining the company in 2010 as one of the original founding team members, Adrienne began as a Human Resources Recruiter. Adrienne routinely received recognition nationwide for her high performance and evolvement of the company.
Because of this, she was promoted in 2013 to Organizational Administrative
Consultant for the company. In addition to that, her continual ability to deliver breakthrough results in the recruiting and human resource field, she was also further promoted to oversee all finances and advertisements for the company as well. Adrienne is determined to continue providing opportunities for those within the organization as well as expedite the company's growth.
